When getting intouch for any specific personalised orders, so I can respond quickly to your needs, please provide me with a little information about the type of baby you are looking for, the country you are located, the budget you may have to spend on a baby and if you have a time frame you wanted baby made by, These are usually the questions which I will ask before we can proceed.

My dolls are available here aswell as some other popular selling websites, By purchasing one of my dolls you are agreeing to the following conditions

Payment                        

Payment by PayPal is preferred however I do accept other methods.

Payments from within the UK are accepted by PayPal,  Cheque, Postal Order and BACS. Cheques need to clear before posting.

Payments from outside the UK as accepted by PayPal, and Bank Transfer

Returns              

I will accept returns if you feel your doll was  misrepresented or not as described. I try my best to ensure I have many clear  photos including close up details, this is to give buyers the chance to make an  informed decision on whether to buy. Buyers are encouraged to ask for more  photos if they are not sure before buying.

I will not be accepting returns for change of heart  purchases, custom orders, or reasons due to personal taste.

Postage   

Within the UK your doll with be sent Insured by special delivery or Courier.                     

Outside the UK Your doll will be sent via courier
